21st Amendment Brew Free! Or Die IPA

94 overall and 93 style scores on RateBeer. 87 BA score on Beer Advocate.

BREW FREE! OR DIE IPA is brewed with some serious west coast attitude. This aromatic golden IPA starts with three different hops to the nose, quickly balanced by a solid malt backbone supporting the firm bitterness. Our top selling beer at the pub, this IPA starts big and finishes clean leaving you wanting more.

Recently bought a 6 pack of Brew Free! Or Die for $8.99. Actually didn't buy it at Savor Pint. They only had the blood orange version of the beer. Got this one at Kroger.

Last time I had this one from cans was in January of 2015. Did have it on draft in August of that year.

That last time I had PBR was in May of 2015 on draft. In can, it was 2013. Horrible experience both times.

PBR swillers do enjoy a cigar every so often. This is how they light it.

How the PBR swillers start acting after one PBR.

How they have fun on a Saturday night.

PBR swillers kids aren't good with balloons.

The experience of every PBR drinker.

For some reason PBR swillers like to go ice skating. It never ends well for them.

When they try to defend PBR, it never ends up good for them either.

Recently went back to the Ohio History Center.

Flippo the Clown's outfit is still on display.

The two headed calf is on display as well.

Thought it was a little odd that the last time I bought Brew Free! Or Die in a 6 pack was over 2 years ago. Think it's because I tend to see this one almost everywhere. And I don't tend to stick to one beer for very long.

If I see a certain beer or brewer at most places, I usually just ignore them. Just like everyone should ignore PBR, or Bud Light.

Do like the graphics on the cans. The whole Lincoln busting out of Mt. Rushmore is eye catching. Certainly better than what PBR currently has.

Do wish there was a description on the can. But at least the graphics stretch over majority of the can. The name of the beer as styled is a bit unwieldy. Why put a ! in the middle of the name? Doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Should have put it at the end of the name.

Poured into a generic IPA glass I bought at World Market. About an inch of head. Really great lacing on the glass. PBR can't boast either. Bit of citrus and pine to the aroma. Aroma could be have been a bit more upfront than what it is.

Taste has plenty of citrus to it. Grapefruit and orange seem to jump out. Some biscuit like malt is there. Detectable pine is there. Pine could have had a bigger presence. Some light bitterness to it. Brew Free! Or Die is a pleasant drink. Rated it 4.5 out of 5 on Untappd.

Hoof Hearted Hot Probz Pale Ale

4.03 out of 5 on Untappd. No official ratings on RateBeer or Beer Advocate as of this post.

What is YR damage Heather?

On tonight's broadcast, we will deal with a range of of topics, including but not limited to the following:

What to do when common house-hold chemicals are used in unconventional applications?

When real life sucks losers dry.

The urge to purge, '87 edition.

Brain tumors: body betrayal or breakfast?

This and more, tonight on Hot Probz

5.6% ABV

Bought for $3.99 at Savor pint. 16 ounce can.

There should be one thing everyone thinks of when they see the name of the brewery - Hoof Hearted.

Who Farted.

OF course right now, PBR swillers are laughing like mad.

But what do you expect out of PBR swillers?

I am a firm believer of whoever smelt it dealt it.

When I saw the can and read the description on the back, only one movie came up.

Heathers is probably the only good thing Shannon Doherty (on the left) has ever been in. It's also one of the last good things Winona Ryder has ever done.

What other movie could have this line. The priest in the scene was also with Winona Ryder in Beetlejuice.

A reference on the can.

Another reference on the can.

You guessed it, another reference.

Hoof Hearted seems to be a fan of the 16 ounce cans. They also seem to like the goofy artwork on the cans. The cans also have the bright colors as well. Certainly eye catching when the graphics and colors are put together. I am rather unsure if I like the artwork. Seems like it is done by a kid. Must be the look they are going for.

Seems to be a lot of pop culture references in the products as well.

Poured into a 16 ounce English pub glass. About a half inch of head. Have seen better lacing. Aroma has some grapefruit and pine to it. Malt seems to be a bit noticeable.

Taste certainly has plenty of the grapefruit to it. Pine is pleasant in Hot Probz. Both work pretty well together. Malt isn't to bad in Hot Probz for me. Overall, a very drinkable beer. Rated it on Untappd 4.25 out of 5. I wouldn't mind seeking this one out.
